- Drones with registered serial numbers
Return Process
- Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery for issues
- Obtain Return Authorization Number
- Return all original packaging and accessories
- Include all manuals and documentation
Refund Processing
- Refunds processed within 10-14 business days
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
- 15% restocking fee for non-defective returns
- Software licenses non-refundable once activated

Battery Safety
