  • Wrong item delivered
  • Unflown drones in original packaging
  • Damaged during shipping

Not Eligible for Return

  • Flown or used drones
  • Drones with activated software licenses
  • Custom or special order drones
  • Opened software or navigation systems
  • Drones with registered serial numbers

Return Process

  1. Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery for issues
  2. Obtain Return Authorization Number
  3. Return all original packaging and accessories
  4. Include all manuals and documentation

Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 10-14 business days
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable
  • 15% restocking fee for non-defective returns
  • Software licenses non-refundable once activated

Warranty Claims

  • Most drones include manufacturer warranty
  • Report issues within warranty period
  • Provide flight logs and error details when possible
  • We facilitate warranty repairs and replacements

Battery Safety

  • Lithium battery returns follow special safety procedures
  • Damaged batteries must be reported immediately
  • Battery warranty typically separate from drone warranty
